  3. Credit card - All your credit details are securely stored and managed by Stripe so we do not see or store your card details.

SHIPPING

Local shipping (Singapore)

We offer free shipping within Singapore for orders above $50. All orders below $50 are charged a flat fee of $10 for shipping. We send your order via Singapore Post standard mail. If you prefer to have your order sent via courier, drop us a line here prior to your purchase. Kindly ensure that the shipping address is correct. Otherwise, additional shipping charges may be added on.

Self-collection (Singapore)

We offer self-collection option from our store. Select the "Self-collection" option at checkout. We will notify you of the pickup date and time when your order is ready.

International shipping

We provide international shipping via registered mail. Drop us a line here prior to your purchase to work out the shipping costs. Do note that we are not responsible for delays or additional taxes in the recipient’s country.

RETURNS

All our orders are made-to-order. We take pride in making each of our items by hand and as such, we do not accept refunds or returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, do reach out to us here and we would get it sorted out for you.
